About Us

Dr. Ashwini Bhalerao is a 1993 Gold Medalist in Masters in Dental Surgery (Oral & Maxillofacial) from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai. A distinguishing feature of her work is that she practices Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery exclusively for the last 18 years. This dedication achieves superior patient outcomes as she is fully abreast with the latest advances in techniques, instrumentation and treatments in the field.

Dr. Bhalerao has pioneered the transition of many complex procedures from traditional hospital settings to comfortable specialty clinics. She has performed over 5000 impactions, 250 fractures, 200 cystic lesions, 30 oral cancer cases and a number of complicated cases. A Consultant Oral Surgeon to about 45 clinics in Mumbai, she has various hospital attachments to her credit.

As a recognition, she has been honoured as the “Oral Surgeon of the Year – Winner ” by Famdent Excellence in Dentistry Awards, 2013, a prestigious pan-India Award recently.
