Dr Vaishnavi has done a Post Graduate Diploma Course in Hospital & Health Management [PGDHHM] from IGNOU, New Delhi .She has done a feasibility project for- E.S.I. Hospital, Okhla - I, for the setting up of their Dental O.P.D., as part of her PGDHHM. The findings of this project were instrumental in setting up of the Dental O. P. D. at the hospital.
She started her career as a Dental surgeon at Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Thane[Mumbai]. Later she shifted to New Delhi and apart from Private practice in South Delhi,she has conducted School Dental Health Check-ups for Apollo Hospital . She has also been Consultant Dental Surgeon and Head at Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre, New Delhi .
Presently, she is practicing as a Consultant Dental Surgeon at Gurgaon. Dr Vaishnavi is a life time member of Indian Dental Association. She has delivered lectures at SGT Dental college, Gurgaon to graduating dental students. She is a member of various social organizations and conducts dental awareness camps and presentations.
