After obtaining his masters from King Georges Medical College , Lucknow University in 1984, he went on to become fellow of the international college of Dentists, USA and fellow Academy of Dentistry International , USA. Dr Chugh is a Nobel fellow in implant and esthetic dentistry and has many professional up gradation programmes in India and abroad to his credit. He has contributed various scientific papers an journals of international repute.
He is a member of American Association of Endodontists , Indian Dental Assocation, Federation of Operative Dentistry of India and a founder member of the Indian Endodontics society and the Indian Academy of Restorative Dentistry.
