Dr. Vishal Sood is experienced in various fields of dentistry. He has an experience of over 11 years in the general practice. A proficient Periodontist who has undergone various training programs including training in implant treatment. He has performed number of flap surgeries and regenerative procedures. He has a deep knowledge in PRF (platelet rich fibrin) treatment for which he had undergone training in NUS Singapore under the guidance of Dr Joseph Choukroun – the inventer of PRF .It is one of the most modern techniques used by a handful of doctors in India. In spite of his wide range of knowledge and experience, he stills finds time to attend seminars and workshops to be up dated. His love of cosmetic dentistry continues to grow and has attended couses on the subject (metal free crowns and laminates ).
On the Academic front he has taught at both undergraduate and post graduate dental schools as Professor and Head . He has lectured on PRF on various forums. He has publications in international and national journals on the subject.
