Dr. Zerxis Umrigar, graduated from dental school in 1973, and in 1976, completed his post-graduation from the University of Iowa, U.S.A., where he taught and did research for a year, before he returned to Bombay to join his father in private practice.

Academically inclined, he has lectured extensively, conducting varied courses in Restorative Dentistry which we specialize in. His articles have figured in prominent Indian and International Journals. He heads two well appointed, sterile centric, dental clinics, which has amongst his clients, the most eminent businesspersons and professionals in the country, entertainment personalities, Members of Parliament, Consulates (British, Saudi Arabia etc.),Airlines etc. besides being the dentist to His Excellency the Governor of the State of Maharashtra and Goa.

Extremely conscious of his community and social responsibilities, Zerxis has been the President of the most prestigious Rotary Club of Bombay (2000). His present assignment is the charge of a rural charitable medical center in the interior tribal belt 160 km from Bombay. He is a trustee for Project Mainstream, a charitable organization with international funding, which aims to gainfully employ the 2 million street children of the city by teaching them a craft that will enable them to survive without falling prey to drugs, prostitution, or the underworld.

His other interests are modern indian art and outdoor sports and travel, which he has done extensively.
